Live In the Moment

And I wish I could remember what we ate, and what we talked about, and how they sounded, and how they looked when they slept that night. I wish I had not been in such a hurry to get on to the next thing: dinner, bath, book, bed. I wish I had treasured the doing a little more and the getting it done a little less” (Elder Ballard’s talk May, 2008 quote by Author Anna Quindlen speaking of her children)

- I put this on here to remind me to take time to enjoy the little things in life, or to enjoy the moments that make some of Life's Precious Memories.

Puppet Shows

For Family Home Evening (that's right, I'm a little behind in postings) on Monday we did puppet shows. Here's some pictures from all of our fun.

Nathan's puppet version of Noah's Ark. Somehow he did end up shoving that whole duck into the ark.

Um...I'm not sure how the sesame street car ended up there. Nathan?

Emily's Turn

Of course, this is her real version of playing "puppets". You're supposed to just throw them over. And the flap gets in the way. Why not? It makes everyone laugh.

Daddy is on one side with the pig, and Emily decided to help him on the other side.
