Live In the Moment

And I wish I could remember what we ate, and what we talked about, and how they sounded, and how they looked when they slept that night. I wish I had not been in such a hurry to get on to the next thing: dinner, bath, book, bed. I wish I had treasured the doing a little more and the getting it done a little less” (Elder Ballard’s talk May, 2008 quote by Author Anna Quindlen speaking of her children)

- I put this on here to remind me to take time to enjoy the little things in life, or to enjoy the moments that make some of Life's Precious Memories.

Potty Training Update

So, I have a fairly potty-trained child. Since posting the last update on the 13th we haven't had a problem. It's been REALLY nice. Who knew it was so easy (who thought I'd say such a thing?) But we waited for quite a while to potty train her until she was "ready". I guess she just needed a push in the right direction. We just need to get the going potty when we are somewhere else down and we've got it. I don't think she will have a problem, we just haven't done it yet. It has been so nice to change Meredith and not worry about changing Emily too. I realized that last night as I was changing Meredith. Now, do you think a 15 month old can be potty trained (lol). Patience is key. We'll wait for later. But it is exciting.
