Live In the Moment

And I wish I could remember what we ate, and what we talked about, and how they sounded, and how they looked when they slept that night. I wish I had not been in such a hurry to get on to the next thing: dinner, bath, book, bed. I wish I had treasured the doing a little more and the getting it done a little less” (Elder Ballard’s talk May, 2008 quote by Author Anna Quindlen speaking of her children)

- I put this on here to remind me to take time to enjoy the little things in life, or to enjoy the moments that make some of Life's Precious Memories.

Safford Trip cont.

*Post with lots of pictures. I'm too tired right now to think about how to rotate pics, so just tilt your head, ok? :)

We went to Burger King where I snagged a couple of crowns. Here's Nathan trying out Meredith's crown. It worked out perfectly because he wouldn't have really taken a picture like this. I just lucked out with a nice smile and everything as he glanced up and saw that I'd been pointing a camera at him that whole time. I love this man.

Our sweet, little Emily.
Not being particularly cooperative, of course. So wiggly.

Some more of that great 2-year-old cheese.

Smiling at Daddy.

Such a ham.

One person in a group picture is bound to not really cooperate. :)

I think the 2-year-old was getting burnt on the whole picture taking thing. I had no idea that was possible with her.
We visited some cemeteries with some of Nathan's ancestors. Here he is by the headstone of Mosiah Hancock. Anyhow, basically a family line with some church history significance.
